"Work with the hands is the apprenticeship of honesty. May the work of your hands be a sign of gratitude and reverence to the human condition." - Mahatma Gandhi
Here’s how it works: - You sign up for a once a month massage at the rate of $60! That's $15 off the regular non-discount rate! - You must commit to at least 3 months of the program to qualify, but are welcome to sign up for 6 -12 months as well. - Come in for any additional massages during that month and still receive the $60 rate! - Your family and friends also qualify for the same rate. (limited to one family member and one friend per month) -
You're massages accrue when you can't make it in for your monthly
massage, so you never miss out. You can reclaim any accrued massage at
any time or combine them for a longer session.

07/2008 Full Body Certified ART provider!
What is ART? ART® is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based
massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons,
ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder
pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are
just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and
permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in
common: they are often a result of overused muscles.
What is an ART treatment like?
Every
ART session is actually a combination of examination and treatment. The
ART provider uses his or her hands to evaluate the texture, tightness
and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves.
Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension
with very specific patient movements.
These
treatment protocols - over 500 specific moves - are unique to ART. They
allow providers to identify and correct the specific problems that are
affecting each individual patient. ART is not a cookie-cutter approach.
