Donna LOVES bodywork...giving and receiving. Her passion is to help people balance body, mind and spirit through massage therapy. Donna combines her knowledge of various massage modalities and techniques, anatomy, kinesiology, pathology and physiology, to create a personalized, results oriented massage. Her experience as a competitive figure skater and dancer contribute to her knowledge of the human anatomy and the importance of a healthy body and lifestyle.
Donna has her own personal integrated style that incorporates different techniques specifically tailored for the needs of each individual. Deep Tissue, Sports, Soft Tissue & Myofascial Release, Active and Passive Isolated Stretching are just a few of the modalities she uses in her practice.
